Cancellation & Reservation Policy

Payment & Verification
Guests must provide valid proof of payment within 48 hours of making a reservation and include the reservation confirmation number. All bank charges, transaction fees, or processing costs are the responsibility of the guest.
Failure to submit payment verification within the specified timeframe may result in automatic reservation cancellation. Guests remain liable for applicable cancellation or no-show penalties.
