Full Refund Eligibility
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund, excluding applicable processing or gateway fees.
Partial Refund Eligibility
Cancellations requested between 24 and 48 hours before check-in will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in, as well as no-show reservations, are strictly non-refundable.
Early Departure Policy
Guests who choose to depart earlier than the confirmed check-out date will not be eligible for refunds on unused nights.

Reservations booked under promotional, discounted, or special offer rates are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of booking.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the original payment method and the policies of the respective financial institution.
