Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully, as they define the basis on which motorbike rentals and related services are provided by Infinity N&N Bike. These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings made through our official website, in person, or via authorized payment gateways. Registered Address: 9/90 Moo 2, Bo Phut, Koh Samui, Surat Thani, Thailand.
By accessing or using this website, making a booking, or renting a motorbike from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Infinity N&N Bike reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Motorbike Pickup Policy
Motorbike pickup is subject to availability and completion of required documentation, including valid identification and driving license verification. Pickup times must be adhered to as per the confirmed booking.
Motorbike Return Policy
Motorbikes must be returned on or before the agreed return date and time. Late returns may incur additional rental charges. Early returns do not qualify for refunds for unused rental days.
Cancellation & Booking Modifications
All motorbike rentals at Infinity N&N Bike are governed by the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy selected at the time of booking. Failure to collect the motorbike at the scheduled time may be treated as a no-show and result in cancellation without refund.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in cases of invalid payment details, suspected fraudulent activity, booking errors, unsafe riding history, or non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
If a rental is shortened or terminated early by the customer, Infinity N&N Bike is under no obligation to refund unused rental days or guarantee availability at the same rate for future rentals.
Customers are required to provide valid identification, a recognized driving license, and proof of payment before motorbike handover. Failure to submit required documents may result in booking cancellation. Any transaction or banking charges shall be borne by the customer.
Security Deposit & Liability
A refundable security deposit may be required before rental commencement. The deposit may be partially or fully withheld in the event of damage, loss, traffic violations, fines, or breach of rental terms.
Use of Motorbike
Rented motorbikes must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes. Sub-renting, racing, off-road use, or allowing unauthorized riders is strictly prohibited.
Linking Policy
The following organizations may link to the Infinity N&N Bike website without prior written approval, provided the link does not imply endorsement or misrepresentation:
- Government agencies
- Search engines
- News and media organizations
- Online directory distributors linking in a similar manner to other listed businesses
- System-wide accredited businesses, excluding non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups, which may not link to our website
